Creating an account on db899, logging in, placing any bet, or using any service means you have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, stop using the platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all services on db899, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and all other entertainment gaming services.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age & Eligibility

To open an account on db899, you must be at least 21 years of age. The age and identity information you provide at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account on db899. Creating multiple accounts by the same person, same household, same device, or same IP address is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) fully confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is not permitted. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification

db899 reserves the right to verify a user's identity and information at any time. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID or other proof. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Payment Methods

db899 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). No other payment methods are accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount for each method: ৳100
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Maximum deposit or withdrawal limits are determined based on circumstances and verification level.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, delays may occur in some cases due to identity verification or other administrative reasons.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing Conditions

The following conditions must be met for a withdrawal to be approved:

• Account identity has been fully verified.
• Applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met in full.
• There are no ongoing investigations or suspicious activities.
• The withdrawal method must be the same as the method used for the most recent deposit.

3.5 Fraud & Chargebacks

In the event of any fraudulent transaction, unauthorized chargeback, or payment fraud, db899 will immediately suspend the associated account and reserves the right to take necessary legal action.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on db899 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳10,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and your total balance will be ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Important: wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must complete ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
• Each account is eligible for one welcome bonus only.
• If any deposit is withdrawn after a bonus has been claimed, the associated bonus will be cancelled.
• db899 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account will be closed and the bonus forfeited.

4.4 Other Promotions

db899 may offer VIP cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which will be communicated in detail alongside the applicable offer.

5 VIP Program & Cashback

The db899 VIP program has three tiers. A user's tier is determined based on their overall activity and participation:

Cashback is automatically credited to eligible accounts every week. db899 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits and will notify users of any such changes in due course.
